چکیده
Introduction. Intrauterine hypoxia is one of the most frequent complications in pregnancy. It risk factors fetal development disorders. In antenatal period, effects on re-productive system can impair fetus and lead to negative consequences. The aim was studypathological functional features testes different periods gestation with chronic intrauterine hypoxia. Materials methods. We examined autopsies testicular tissues 78 fetuses deceased at weeks 19–40. Histological immunohistochemical methods (using antibodies Ki-67, Bcl 2, AR, ER, FGF) were employed. Results. Morphometric examination showed a decrease number tubules, cells area tubules significant increase stromal area. Immunohistochemistry revealed weak expression proliferation apoptosis marker, pronounced diffuse estrogen receptor, androgen receptor. Fibroblast growth factor increasing up week 29 then sharply decreased. Conclusion. Chronic leads damage germ gland atrophy testicles fetuses. Prolonged oxygen deprivation tissue triggers compensatory mechanisms, which manifest inhibitor expression. Hypoxia disrupts processes reduces activity interstitial endocrinocytes, confirmed by AR ER during all periods. These structural changes morphogenesis may impaired fertility. Morphological and Histological Features of Human Fetal Thyroid Gland
Introduction: The thyroid gland regulates the basal metabolic rate, somatic growth, and psychic growth. Hence, the thyroid gland plays a major role for the normal growth of a fetus during the prenatal period. It is the first endocrine gland which starts to develop by 24 days after fertilization. The aim of our study is to study the morphological and histological features of the thyroid gland in...
متن کاملPrenatal sonographic features of fetal craniosynostosis.
C is characterized as the early closure of the calvarial sutures.1 The classification of skull malformations in craniosynostosis is based on the sutures involved.1 Craniosynostosis involves approximately one infant in 2000 live births. More than 150 different types of craniosynostosis have been described and most isolated cases of craniosynostosis have multifactorial or sporadic inheritance,2 a...
متن کاملMorphological changes of human mandibular bone during fetal periods.
Standardized photographs (lateral and basal view) of fetal mandibles (n = 80) were taken. Outline segments (from gnathion to condylion, on the coronoid process and from infradentale to gnathion in lateral view; and on the inferior margin in basal view) were analyzed into sine curves, according to Fourier series. Using the calculated Fourier coefficients, we statistically examined how mandibular...
متن کاملIntermittent hypobaric hypoxia during development--morphological and functional changes in the neocortex.
Infant rats, together with their mother, were exposed to the simulated altitude of 7,000 m for 8 hours per day since birth to the age of 17 days. Animals were studied the 25th day, 8 days after the last exposure to hypoxia. The experimental and control animals were sacrificed the 25th day by the transaortic perfusion with 4% buffered neutral formaldehyde under ether anaesthesia. Brains were pro...
متن کاملMorphological and Functional Studies of Fetal Thymus Transplants in Mice
The fetal thymus at 13 days of gestation withstands transplantation and develops normally under the renal capsule of a syngenic host. Distinct differences were observed between the fetal thymus grafts and grafts from neonatal or adult thymus donors. The fetal thymus graft did not undergo the rapid and severe necrosis observed when adult thymus was grafted. Furthermore, when thymuses were transp...
